  9.          Here you permanently remove all closed pledges from the

  12.          To clear pledges:

  14.          A. Select "Clear Pledges" at the "Stewardship" menu, and
  15.             press <Enter>.

  17.             A warning message will appear:

  21.      | Clearing Pledges will permanently remove all closed pledges!  |
  22.      | Would you like to print a list of closed pledges first?  [Y/n]|

  25.          B. Press <Y> or <Enter> to generate a listing of closed
  26.             pledges, or
  27.  
  28.             press <N> if you don't want a report and proceed.
  29.  
  30.             If you pressed <Y> the alternate "Report Output" window
  31.             will appear and you can generate the report. For details
  32.             on report generation refer to the Appendix, chapter 10.2
  33.             "Generate Standard Reports in CMS".

  35.             Now a confirmation window will appear:

  41.             If you press <N> or <Enter> no pledges will be removed and
  42.             you will be returned to the "Stewardship" menu.

  44.          C. Press <Y> to close all pledges, and press <Enter>.

  46.             The pledge file will now be updated, and you will be
  47.             returned to the "Stewardship" menu.
